Easy low calories treat: Raspberry Popsicle

The weather in Thailand is too hot and having an ice cream will be the best choice ^^.

But having too much of it won't be good for you (well, too much of something always crate a problem, haha). So, I think I want to find the best way to enjoy ice cool sweet that doesn't disturbing my waistline.
This popsicle is the best answer, it's easy to make and doesn't contain much calorie too. The ingredient list is very short, plain yogurt, frozen raspberry and 1 sachet Mitr Phol Calorie (Sugar blend with Erythritol and Sucralose). You don't need special equipment to make popsicle, (anyway, if you have popsicle mold, it will make your life easier). For this recipe, I use plain whole fat yogurt, it provides some fat to the popsicle, low fat yogurt can be used too, but the texture will be a bit tougher ^^.
Ps. When mixing the frozen raspberry into the yogurt, try not to crush it or your popsicle won't have lovely white and red color.

 Raspberry Popsicle
Serve 2-3 people (depends on the size of the mold)

125g ............................... Plain yogurt
50g ................................ Frozen Raspberry (don't thaw)
1 sachet (1.8g) ............. Mitr Phol Calorie (Sugar blend with Erythritol and Sucralose)

Very small list of the ingredient ^^

Mix the yogurt with Mitr Phol Calorie until fully combine.
Add the frozen raspberry into the yogurt, fold lightly to combine (don't crush the raspberry).
Put the mixture into the mold and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours (or until firm).
